Define specific land boundary for Kuopio as it shows in the above map.In order to find actual land use and boundary in Urgenche, We used Google map by random sampling. In those 6 cities as are shows in the following table.
We looked for simple software such as GeoTIFF, NITF, JPEG 2000, ECW (file format), MrSID, HDF, and NetCDF to detect land in the Urgenche. as far as all of them was quiet professional software we decide to print the map and measure different land by hand and scale.
