What is such an insurance system that is

• voluntary
• covers all climate impacts

Result

Climate change is a topic that affects everyone. However, there is not agreement about the best ways to proceed. If you are not willing to take in insurance now, you are free to do so. But then you are obliged to pay for the costs later on.
