Composing good research questions

A good question causes conversation which is the idea of Opasnet. The question must be formed in a way that makes it possible for everyone to understand the point of the question.

I.e. "Mitä Suomen hallitusohjelmaan pitäisi kirjata huhtikuun 2011 eduskuntavaalien jälkeen?" is a question that raises more questions and opinions in everyone.
