Short description

The World Ozone and Ultraviolet Radiation Data Centre (WOUDC) is one of the World Data Centres which are part of the Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) programme of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). The WOUDC, which began in 1961, is operated by the Experimental Studies Section of Environment Canada and is located in Toronto. The WOUDC contains ozone and UV data measured by instruments located on ground-based, shipborne or airborne platforms.
