Q17 What is the role of modelling in assessment and policy making?

Modelling is an element of co-creation skill, which helps to facilitate open-policy practice.

Actual assessment models are developed based on generic methods and case-specific data. They can be developed using ovariables. User interface can be added to models on Opasnet by using R-tools. Health impact assssment module can be applied for peforming health impact assessments. Model runs can be permanently stored as PDFS files. Models allow incorporation of statements from discussions by making explicit links to particular ovariables.
