The template is in transition phase. The Dispute is now called Statements and Outcome is called Resolution. All of these are valid arguments for the template to prevent problems. However, a problem remains: If BOTH Outcome and Resolutions are missing, then the text should say: "Resolution not yet found", and then it should be categorised to Category:Open discussions. Now this does not work optimally.
