Wiki government is an idea about deeply involving self-selected experts and citizens in the planning processes of the administration. It is based on the idea that there is a large pool of expertise and knowledge outside any administrative body, even if it is advised by a group of high-level experts. The first place where this kind of governance was tested in the US was Peer-to-Patent.
