language of choice?

If this page is wanted to be constructed in Finnish, the preferred location would be fi.opasnet.org due to reasons of consistency. On the other hand it might be good to develop the issue (also) in English and have a translated version available in Finnish (as seen necessary). In the latter case I would suggest moving the page (see "move" link on top of the page) to an English page name.
